Returns
Due to the custom nature of framing services, most products are made specifically according to customer requirements. Because of this, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
However, returns may be considered in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be unused and undamaged
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue may be required for verification
We reserve the right to decline return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom-made frames
- Personalized orders
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products returned after the allowed return period
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed depending on your payment provider.
Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product
- Repair service
- Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
Once work on a custom order begins, cancellation may not be possible.
